Stress

Stress is often a key factor affecting our feelings of wellbeing as well as our health.  Modern lifestyles can be stressful as we we try to juggle work and home, perhaps looking after aging parents or young children, maybe dealing with money worries, changing careers, moving home, divorce or relationship breakdown.

There is a limit to what we can cope with and everyone is different.  If we overload ourselves we can suffer ill-health, damage to our personal relationships and other difficulties.  Things can sometimes seem to spiral out of control.
